All 60,000 square feet of this abandoned 135 year old masonry and heavy timber structure was extensively renovated to create a modern grocery store. It required demolition of the existing equipment and offices. The renovation consisted of new drywall, painting, flooring, millwork, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration. The work began in September of 1999 and was completed in November of 1999.
