Within this existing strip shopping center, traditional Semolina dining, kitchen and bar facilities were created. The existing 3,750 square foot concrete slab in this space was removed in order to install extensive plumbing and electrical utilities to service new kitchen & bar equipment and toilet rooms placed on top of a fresh concrete slab. A large amount of detailed millwork was installed, along with a new HVAC system, finish paint and ceramic tile floors. Work began in August of 2003 and was completed in October of 2003.
