This project began with the extensive cosmetic renovation of a prominent 90 year old two- story Spanish Missionary style structure on Magazine Street, a well-known classic New Orleans thoroughfare. The Vitamin Shoppe selected this outstanding location for their first city-wide store. The interior build out of this store and the exterior work were performed simultaneously. The exterior renovation required roof repairs, painting, reworking of the existing wood windows and replacement of the existing storefront windows. The interior 3,500 square foot build-out consisted of 12 tons of new air conditioning, toilet rooms, drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, complete ceramic tile floors and wall–to-wall casework. The work began in December of 2004 and was completed in March of 2005.
